Кто будет доминировать в новой технологии питания литиевых батарей -Оборудование для литий-ионных аккумуляторов

The China Association of Automobile Manufacturers recently released data showing that in the first half of the year, the sales volume of new energy vehicles in China was 412000, while the total sales volume in the same period was 14.066 million, accounting for 2.93%. The Medium and Long Term Development Plan of the Automobile Industry (hereinafter referred to as the Plan) proposes that by 2025, new energy vehicles will account for more than 20% of the production and sales of automobiles. At present, the sales growth of new energy vehicles is seriously constrained by the short range, slow charging, short service life and other factors of new energy vehicles. At the same time, with the decline of subsidies for new energy vehicles, compared with fuel vehicles, the cost disadvantage of new energy vehicles will also appear. On the other hand, the Plan also requires that by 2020, the specific energy of single power battery will reach more than 300Wh/kg, the specific energy of system will strive to reach 260Wh/kg, and the cost will be reduced to less than 1 yuan/Wh; By 2025, the specific energy of the power battery system will reach 350Wh/kg. According to Battery China, this year, the specific energy of single power battery products of domestic mainstream enterprises is mostly between 200-250Wh/kg, the specific energy of systems is mostly between 140-150Wh/kg, and the system cost is about 1.3 yuan/Wh. There is still a way to go from the above goals, and under the existing battery material system, this way is not easy.(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)

The lithium iron phosphate battery with relatively mature technology at this stage cannot reach the target of 300 Wh/kg of power battery energy density in 2020 due to its insufficient conductivity and low specific capacity; However, the physical limit of the ternary lithium battery, which is widely regarded at present, will also be around 350Wh/kg, which is difficult to continue to break through, and the accompanying risks of safety and service life will also increase. The development of lithium battery is in a bottleneck period, and the energy density of the existing lithium battery material system will approach its physical limit in a few years. In order to enhance the competitive advantage between new energy vehicles and traditional fuel vehicles and promote the large-scale application of new energy vehicles, we need new materials or technologies to achieve the overall breakthrough of batteries.

In recent years, with the efforts of scientific research institutes and enterprise institutions, some emerging battery technologies have been successively verified in the laboratory. In order to gain the initiative and competitive advantage in the next generation battery technology route, countries or enterprises will vigorously attack some emerging technologies when there is a slight sign. For example, when solid state batteries were just emerging, Japan has already made efforts to layout solid state battery technology research nationwide. The National Research Institute of Japan - New Energy Industry Technology Comprehensive Development Institute recently announced the launch of the second phase of solid state lithium-ion battery research and development project, and spent 10 billion yen (about 90 million dollars) for this purpose. Its members include 23 vehicle, battery and material manufacturers, as well as 15 universities and public research institutions; The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy of the Republic of Korea recently announced that the Korean government and relevant domestic enterprises have decided to invest 2.6 trillion won (about 2.33 billion US dollars) in the next five years to accelerate the development of the country's hydrogen fuel cell vehicle ecosystem and strive to take the lead in the development of the global hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry; China Central South University recently announced that it has made a breakthrough in the research and development of lithium sulfur battery technology, and its high specific energy lithium sulfur battery and new lithium ion battery cathode material industrialization technology transfer cost reached 290 million yuan.

The fierce competition of enterprises for new power battery technology is to gain a favorable position in the next generation technology and market competition, and the research, development and application of new technologies will also provide strong support for the popularization of new energy vehicles.
