It is suggested to strengthen the research and development support of the fuel cell industry chain, establish national special support funds, or formulate fiscal and tax preferential policies, encourage enterprises to increase investment, focus on overcoming the technical difficulties and industrialization bottlenecks of basic materials and key components, and independently control core technologies and intellectual property rights.
After 2019, it is recommended to allow local subsidies to continue to maintain a certain proportion of supporting support for the purchase of fuel cell vehicles. In addition, we will subsidize and support the construction of hydrogen refueling stations and hydrogen refueling costs, encourage social capital to participate in the construction of hydrogen refueling stations, and encourage operating enterprises to purchase fuel cell vehicles for operation.(Lithium - Ion Battery Equipment)
